“Every success stands proudly on a pile of struggles, and every failure is garbed in a life lesson. Either way, they are both just stories waiting to be heard.”
~ TANYA MATHUR
Tanya is a story seeker, a story spotter and a story teller. She looks at the world through a story lens and lives to inspire others to do the same. She has facilitation experience of almost 20 years. She has worked with two major corporates during her career as an L&D resource managing sizeable teams spread across Indian states. She has also held a business partnership role in the Indian office of an international training firm that's headquartered in Netherlands. Tanya finds inspiration in Muriel Ruckeyser's quote, "The universe is made of stories, not of atoms." And that's exactly why she facilitates workshops and coaches corporate leaders, people managers and individual contributors to enable them to tell a better version of their work story, data story, product/service story, personal branding story, and innovation pitch story. She works closely with not just corporates, but also with social sector organisations and startups. She believes everyone has a story to tell and they should be able to tell it in a way that highlights the impact they and their work creates.
